Different Types Of Fast Cash Loans

There are a lot of different ways to get fast cash, but loans tend to be fastest and most reliable.  Even though they are a consistent choice, it’s important to know the different types of them so you can figure out which you should apply for.  It’s also important to remember that these loans are expensive and the risks and consequences that come from not paying them back are extreme!

Payday loans are the most common way to get cash fast.  In order to get this type of loan you need a job, have been employed at that same job for at least six months, make over $1000 a month in income after taxes, and possess a checking account.  Meeting these simple criteria is pretty simple, so many people choose this loan first.  Most loans are in the range of $400 to $750, but may go as high as $1500.  Like all of the other loans we’re going to talk about here, there is no credit check involved in the application process.

Title loans are also a way to get fast cash.  These can get you more money than a payday loan, but are much riskier since your car is on the line.  Your ride is used as collateral in this loan, so the amount that you can borrow depends on how much your car is worth.  To get approved, you need to have paid your car off, have the title, and an extra key.  Many of these lenders will go as high as 50% of the value of your car, so it’s possible to get a large loan!  Not paying the loan back will get your car repossessed, so use these loans with extreme caution!

Pawn shops also offer a loan of sorts.  You take something to them that is valuable and they give you money for it.  From there, they hold onto it short term and you can repay your loan at get your stuff back.  If you don’t pay the loan, they sell your stuff.  These loans are becoming very rare, and usually are a bad idea.

While the risk is very high with each of these loans, sometimes it’s the only choice.  Use them sparingly, and only to cover emergency expenses, and you can stay safe with fast cash loans!
