Once the Recovery Agent finds your automobile, he usually gets it. If he approaches you, or you spot him, he will insist you turn over the the automobile. You will, of course, say no. Usually the Recovery Agent does not talk to you. The Recovery Agent will trail you and wait until he can swipe the vehicle when you are not looking. This way he is successful.

However, he will talk to you if it is absolutely necessary to get the car. Vehicles parked in garages are safe from being repossessed. If the Recovery Agent cannot locate the vehicle on the street, at a mall, or at your work, he will ring your doorbell and ask you to hand the car over.
